Every Spring we hold a award ceremony to publicly recognize individuals, programs and organizations

who have positively impacted Burlington by providing prevention opportunities and activities in the community. 

 

It's time for our 4th Annual

Roots of Prevention Award Ceremony!

DATE:  Tuesday, May 15, 2012.
TIME:   Registration and Free Breakfast Buffet begin at 7:30am.  Ceremony from 8-10am.
LOCATION:  Elks Lodge, 925 North Avenue, Burlington.

Please join us to acknowledge the outstanding work these prevention award recipients listed below are doing in Burlington to make it a safer and healthier place for us all to work, live and enjoy.


Keynote Speaker: Mark Redmond, Executive Director, Spectrum Youth & Family Services
DG Weaver Award: Chaska Richardson, Champlain Elementary School
Individual Award: Tim Moran, Howard Center
Youth and Families Award: Dottie Olio, Boys and Girls Club
Business Award: Melissa Short, Waggy’s Store and Deli
